See y’all at @ideafit next weekend for a Fitness Marshall Cardio Concert experience 🥳 I’ve never felt like I “belong” in the fitness space so to be asked to present at such an iconic event is truly an honor. Im so excited to dance with all of you, and also so excited to dance with people who have no idea what we do. I feel like fitness has become so much more welcoming and diverse than ever before, and I hope to continue doing my part to keep it that way 💖

Happy Father’s Day everyone! How did you spend today? 🏋️‍♀️🍾💉 Dad and Caroline took their first trip out to California to celebrate Father’s Day with us. Today started with a workout, then bottomless mimosas, then my dad’s first tattoo 😂 Def a trip to remember. So grateful to have him in my life and the ability to continue to make new memories and go on new (and sometimes questionable) adventures 😂
