Honey BBQ Chicken Wing Recipe

Who doesn't love some good honey bbq chicken wings?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon each of pepper, salt, paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder

  • Chicken Wings (I got mine from ButcherBox)

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce or any sauce

Yield: ~2 dozen wings

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Use a bowl and mix the flour, pepper, salt, paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder. Coat the wings in the mixture and place them on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.

  3. Place the wings in the oven and flip after 25 minutes, put them back in for another 20 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven to 500

  5. Mix the bbq sauce and honey, then place the wings in a large bowl and coat them in sauce,

  6. Put the wings back in the oven for ~10 mins until they are caramelize and beautiful.
